The Plug-In Experience

Plug In has been wonderful because I met people who share on a practical way how to live a Christian life.  Spending half a day in prayer was an eye opener. I previously thought it was for only ‘crazy’ people. I learnt Christianity is not about words but day to day living, though being in touch with God. Cynthia Lekolool

I was looking for direction in my Christian walk, being a relatively young believer and Plug-in has been an excellent guide. Muthanje Waruinge

The Plug-in course has been a real revelation for me. It has really taught me what it takes to live as a “true” Christian, on a personal, family, group and church level. I know that I am growing stronger in faith and as a part of God’s family. Plug-in is crucial for any believer in any church! Andrew Kariuki

The Plug in Class has helped me not only do my Bible Studies classes daily but to also fast one day each week. I have found friends. I have discovered my spiritual gifts and am praying that the Lord will help me direct me in where to use them in the Church as some of them are new to me. Clementine Maniraguha

It has helped me connect with other Chapel members. Tim Mutinda

It has been helpful in getting back to the basics of my faith and especially as we learn together to ensure uniform foundation as a church. Nancy Mucira

Plug In has enabled me redefine my value system that was pegged onto independence in there world to dependence on God. Danny Mucira

It has helped me to be disciplined in setting aside time everyday for the study and in memorizing scripture. It has also help me to grow in faith and explore my spiritual gifts even other which I didn’t know. Michael Tanui

I was looking for direction in my Christian walk, being a relatively young believer and Plug-in has been an excellent guide. Muthanje Waruinge

Even with many years of walking with the Lord, Plug in helped my spiritual growth a lot. Jean Paul Ndagijimana

I have found life again connecting to Christ Christopher K. Mbindyo

Plug in has been a refresher course that rejuvenated my daily walk with God.  It re-taught me the discipline of daily devotion creating intimacy with God, I will finish well. Mwaniki Mageria

Plug in has helped me to open up and share my inner feelings and I feel now I can be part of the church activities any time I am called upon to do so. Josephine Gaita

Refreshing encouraging inspiring, I met new people who have become a family to me that I can share and fellowship with. Juliet Kala

Plug in picked me up when I was down feeling lost and confused. I am now focused and my eyes are on God and I know he is and will be there for me no matter what. Joyce Muriuki Kamau.

Plug-in has gently coaxed me back to relate with God after a severe experience that had made me lose faith in Godly leaders. I am amazed at God’s faithfulness even while I was running away from him like Jonah the prophet. God is Love.
Andrew Macharia Mwangi

We ask that you pray for the on-going preparations for Mission Tujuane which takes place from this month till October. There are different teams responsible for various activities. This is an opportunity for us to engage in the life of the neighbourhoods around us. Do pray that God will use us to reach out and be involved in the lives of people around us and that He will prepare the hearts of many to receive His Word.

We continue to pray for the residents of Kithembe area where we did a prayer walk last Saturday.

Sunday School Kamp kicks off on Tuesday August 11th. This camp will be held at Kanamai Jumuia Resort. There are 75 kids and 20 adults going. Please pray for their safety as they travel on Tuesday and Saturday, for good health and that the children will engage in the theme which is PUSH. (Pray Until Something Happens)

Also pray for the Youth as they travel tomorrow for a 10-day mission to Turkana/Kakuma. Pray not only for their safety and health but that they will be effective in sharing the gospel.

Please note that we have counselors available to pray with you at the end of the service. The Prayer tent is located behind the main Sanctuary.
