Pray for the many men in our congregation who own businesses, that they flourish as they operate in God’s favour and guidance. Pray that God will give men wisdom to all our men in some of the challenging or tempting circumstances they may find themselves in the market place. Pray also for corporate leaders, that they will be a witness for Christ in their positions. Pray that all men will have wisdom to make the right choices that honor God.
Pray that our men would take up their roles within the homes, that they would provide leadership in prayer and study of the word of God. Pray that God will use men to strengthen their families and bring up godly children. Pray also for families that may be hurting because the men are absent, that God would provide other support structures for those. Pray also that God would raise up the men of Nairobi chapel to uphold the vision and mission of this church.
Pray for families in this holiday season, children have closed school and there may be many temptations. Pray for wisdom for parents, especially for fathers. Also ask for protection from attacks of the evil one.
Pray about the escalating prices of maize flour and other essential commodities. Pray for wisdom and insight for the Government officials as they work towards an urgently needed intervention.
Two young people got saved at the youth service last Sunday. Pray that they would immerse themselves in the Word so as to mature in their faith.
